RICHMOND RESIDENCE

This project is located on the 3rd floor of a condominium building in the Yorkville area of Manhattan. It is combination and renovation of two apartments into one Luxurious 2000 SF apartment with an 800 SF of roof-terrace. The building itself is a converted warehouse with 24 floors, built in 1994. A new relocated entrance on the Westside of the apartment welcomes you to a spacious entry hall exhibiting owner’s art. One then moves towards North, guided by along lighting plane from above arriving at a large living room with a fireplace in the center dividing it into two different areas for seating. On the West Large Glass sliding doors connect the living room with the spacious Terrace or the outdoor living space. The terrace has a wraparound Ipe wood Fence & planters filled with bamboos creating a green wall and privacy. Built-in seating and a sculptural table at the center of the space create a glamorous & rare entertainment space out doors. The kitchen and eating area are combined into one open sculptural element at the end of the living room area with direct access to the terrace as well. Two long stone step along the sliding doors in the living room area not only connects to two living areas it also provide more seating for the owners many fun parties and entertainments. Master suite is facing the Terrace on the Southside of the apartment and has direct access to the terrace with a very Zen like bathroom & shower. Two Children bedrooms are on the opposite side of the apartment on the North side near the open Kitchen area.
